Our InvesTech ecosystem includes an SEC registered securities exchange that will securitize and monetize innovators’ assets via IPOs and secondary offerings. The proprietary structured InvesTech framework includes robust and agile custom technologies designed for funding primary and mid market investments in assets (instead of stocks) and a retail-centric trading exchange.
Backbone Funder believes that the combination of Technologies will sustain the equitable distribution of impact investments in innovation and communities, and the involvement of investors from these communities will significantly strengthen and stimulate local economies.
